Luxury Winery Tours is focused on providing a premium customer experience and we value our customers and their experience with us. We will do our very best to ensure you have an experience that will delight and be memorable. If we to meet your expectations, we will refund the tour portion of your fee. Any experiences at wineries, lunch destinations or other venues are not refundable by Luxury Winery Tours.
Notwithstanding our commitment to you, it is important to understand your responsibilities to Luxury Winery Tours and our Terms and Conditions that apply to all tours.
What happens when you make a booking
Your booking for your preferred date can only be secured by full payment of the tour fee. While your tour is booked upon payment, our initial response from our system will show as “Pending”. This is so that we can contact you and verify your choices, make the relevant bookings with the destinations on your tour and clarify any details with you, after which your booking will be Approved.
Pick up and drop off
Pickup and return to your accommodation is included, however, there may be extra fees for collection and return for destinations outside of Adelaide’s CBD.
Your behaviour on our tours
Australian Law requires that alcohol consumption is limited to passengers over the age of 18. Luxury Winery Tours reserves the right to request that customers provide proof of age.
Alcohol consumption, smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in your tour vehicle. You agree that your travel in the vehicle is subject to our terms and conditions and that cleaning fees may apply if you are in breach of these terms and conditions or if your alcohol consumption results in additional cleaning.
Your alcohol consumption is your responsibility and wineries or other venues may refuse to serve alcohol in order to comply with their Responsible Serving of Alcohol regulations. Luxury Winery Tours will not issue any refunds resulting from customer’s alcohol consumption.
We strongly advise that you do not drive after your tour. You are responsible for obeying all laws related to driving or any other relevant regulations and behaviour standards. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge your responsibility in regard to alcohol consumption.
The operator cannot accept any responsibility for any personal loss or injury incurred by a customer while on tour. Passengers are responsible for their own wellbeing.
Our drivers are required to fully comply with all regulations issued by the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure and as such will maintain a strong focus on driving safety. Luxury Winery Tours cannot be held responsibility for any one else using the public road systems.
Cancellations and Changes
We understand that situations can occur where a change of plans may be necessary. We strongly advise appropriate travel insurance for all tourists and to ensure that additional tours, such as ours, are covered in your policy. Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule your tour subject to availability and subject to sufficient notice of changes.
Cancellations more than 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour may incur a 10% administration fee.
Any cancellation within 7 days of your scheduled tour will incur a 50% tour cancellation fee.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tour or a “no show”, will result in the full tour fee being forfeited.
A full refund will be provided in the case of cancellations by Luxury Winery Tours.
All experiences and venues are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we need to change your tour itinerary, we will contact you immediately. In the event that changes are the result of changes by tour venues, we will work with with you as much as possible in regard to a satisfactory alternative. If the requirement for a change originates from Luxury Winery Tours, we will offer to cancel your tour and provide you a full refund.
Luxury Winery Tours reserves the right to the use an alternative vehicle without notice if our regular vehicle is unavailable for any reason. We undertake to provide a substitute vehicle of similar class. Should we fail to provide you with an equivalent tour vehicle, we will offer to cancel and refund your tour fee.
