We have the perfect tour for you! The tours below help you to select a ready-made itinerary, or create your own bespoke tour by selecting “Sinatra in the Vales”. All tours can be customised. Our special tours, like “The Cube in the Vales” or “Women of the Vales” are intended to provide a premium experience with a particular theme.

When you book with us using our online booking system, please note the following:

  • Select your preferred date first
    • Note: that your booking date and tour can only be secured by full payment of the tour fee when requested
  • Your tour is provisionally held with your initial booking request and listed as “Pending”
  • We will contact you within 24 hours (most frequently sooner) to confirm all details with you and answer any questions you may have.
  • We will confirm all details with our tour experience partners and get back to you.
  • As soon as we have confirmed that the itinerary is complete we will request payment. 
  • Payment is required promptly so that the booking can be confirmed. If payment times are not met, we may cancel the booking after speaking with you regarding your intentions to proceed.
  • As soon as payment is received, your booking will be “Approved”.

If you want to make minor changes or select different preferences between our approval of your booking and the date of the tour, we are happy to do our best to make those changes for you. Most of our options are included, however, if the option you select requires an extra fee, you are required to pay that prior to securing the variation.
